This page contains answers to common questions handled by our
support staff, along with some tips and tricks that we have found useful.
Note: In these answers we will follow a few shorthand
conventions for describing user-interface procedures. Key combinations will be presented
like this: Ctrl+Alt+Delete, which
means that you should press and hold down the Control key, the Alt key, and the Delete key
at the same time. Menu selections will be presented like this: File
| Open, which means that you should open the File menu, and then make
the Open selection.
- I receive an "Object not found" error message when I try
to open a form from the Options Form in TMD or HerbBase.
- I receive an "Unknown alias" error message when I try to
open a form from the Options Form in TMD or HerbBase
- Some of the colors in HerbBase or TMD look wierd or speckled and
make it hard to read text on the forms
- The forms in HerbBase or TMD are too large for my screen

This is almost certainly due to repeated re-installation of the program or other
attempts to circumvent the protection on the evaluation versions of TMD and HerbBase.

TMD and HerbBase have been designed to look their best with video settings of
"high" or "true color". To find out how to change these

HerbBase and TMD have been designed for viewing with a screen resolution of 800
X 600 or greater, and YOUR screen resolution is less than this. To find out how to
